Everyone out there especially Singaporeans, remember the cat torturer and killer in Singapore? He has been caught! BUT, we need more appeals for stiffer sentence to deter potential future cruel acts to animals. It saddens me the way he catch the cats by befriending them first! It's ultimate cruelty to our animal friends.
Let's all sign this petition put up by SPCA Singapore and do our part for our animal friends, then leave the rest to justice.
